  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Sounds like me. It's a sign of stress and worry. After I wake up around 3 am I force myself to stay in bed and totally relax my body until it's time to get up. I don't get up at 3 am because I don't want my body getting used to it and let the whole thing become a habit.
Also I don't allow myself to worry during that time. Praying helps a lot.
I'm not a doctor, but after reading up on this, I think it may also be a perimenopausal thing.

Yeah...4.5 hrs isn't enough...It's been a challenge to get more sleep with me because sleeping has not been a priority up until 3 months ago. Things work in your body to repair, recover, rebuild while you are sleeping and one should get 6 hrs minimum.

Last night I went to sleep at 11 pm and woke at 4:30 am. That 5.5 and close to 6, but did not meet the 6 hrs. I wanted to make myself go back to sleep, but I was wide awake and not sleepy. That happens often.

Do you nap? If so, don't. I did take a 45-60 min. nap yesterday. Do a tougher workout? Read.

I'm often very wired and energized...yes, I know what you're talking about Denise....
