I have a Skype number I can receive calls on paid annually which expires in a month unless I update my credit card info (card used to pay for 12 months use recently expired)
I can't find a way on the Skype site to update my credit card info.
Site says:
"If you have used a credit card to buy a subscription, you can change your credit card details as follows:
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Under Account details, click Manage features.
3. On the left panel, click your subscription.
4. Click Settings.
Your subscriptions listed under Manage features and the Settings button next to a subscription.
5. On the Subscription Settings page, click Change payment method.-
THIS DOES NOT WORK -IT JUST SHOWS MY CURRENT BALANCE OF $2
Skype forums etc just give the same bogus steps that don't work. I don't want to lose the number. Have spent nearly 2 hours so far over 3 weeks trying to figure it out. Any suggestions?
