Thanks for writing this. I totally agree. God has also told me that I will minister to the broken hearted, healing people of broken hearts among other things, and bringing them to Christ as a result of that. Suffering sucks especially when a person is as sensitive and emotional as I but it has it's good in the long run and perspective of things.

There is also a third issue singles face. Getting by without someone. And we try this in anumber of ways too. Sometimes, we pour ourselves into careers. Sometimes, we pour ourselves into hobbies or traveling or sports.

This isn't bad as long as long as its in accord with God and one doesn't use these things to fill the places only God can fill.

This is very true. A rather large subject in itself. Perhaps, I will give it some thought. One would think I would be an expert at this, since I have done it all of my life.
