I did not say you have to wait around for them to change...I said you can change how you respond to them...from what I gathered in your post you don't have a job or car...sometimes a person has to do what they can until they can move especially if you are a single young mom with a toddler and little to no cash etc.
Is the father of the baby paying child support and has he given up legal custody
of his child? I know in many states you would need the father's consent to move the
child out of state. Hopefully you won't have any child custody hassles from the child's father since you said he acts childish...who knows what can set someone off?
Be careful, get all the legalities worked out so he can't come back on you and cause
problems or make false claims.
