singing(dancing)--praying?

I used to sing in nightclubs but i became a christian recently.
I got PTSD and depression for long years, so i picked up music healing again, then strange thing happens,I find singing is the way to be spiritually expressing everything, and it is even better or at least similar than praying.
dancing also is similar.
Those r so spiritual emotion.

How do u think?

Plus, I know how to speak/pray in tongues, still prefer singing.

i find singing really helpful aswell
i think some times its easier to express emotion than in just saying things...well thats what i find anyway!

Singing is great. Dancing is great too. Put signing, and dancing and singing together, and everything just goes away. It's been a while since I've done that, but yeah. I know how ya feel. My daddy's the bass player at church and so we clean during their practice. I'll sign while they play. It's really relaxing. But I'm a pretty expressive person anyway. If you know sign, it's really beautiful to do it during the worship service. That's how I express myself a lot. Pretty intimate stuff.

There have been times that I have sung and song in the spirit and before long I found myself singing in my own understanding, but it was either a prayer and or answer to something that I was praying. I heard the Father sing to me and I was singing what He was singing to me. (did that make sense? I am tired)

It is awesome to dance as well. I dance at church, but there are times when I feel it so much in my spirit to just dance before the Lord and I will feel better after doing that. I can feel His presence so much!

I don't do any of those things anymore, but I used to. And it was soooooo cool. I loved it. Maybe someday I'll do it again.

i used to sing alot but i quit but now i dance to some worship songs. there are times where i can't find the words to say in prayer so i just dance what i feel.
