Since this is one of those rare years where Judaism and Christianity celebrate the same holiday (though with different understanding of the significance) on the same calendar day, I thought this might be worth a read:

Judged for keeping or not keeping? The Greek goes on to indicate that these are shadows of things that ARE to come, not things (even 'mere' things as some translate) that WERE to come. A bit of translators bias here.

Yes. Both.

Then people should not be judged for keeping the commandments of God because these days were commanded by Him, but for Israel.

There more context to this verse. The word translated 'regard' there means more like 'takes notice of' and has to do with Jewish avoidance of doing business with pagans near their holidays.
