Perhaps from G1 (as a negative particle) and the base of G3313; properly to miss the mark (and so not share in the prize), that is, (figuratively) to err, especially (morally) to sin: - for your faults, offend, sin, trespass.

So if sin is missing the Mark whats the Mark ??
I mean is it missing Gods love? is it the Law? i Mean if its the Law then that doesn't make sense because we aren't under law but Grace. So what is the Mark ?

The mark is righteousness.

Q-14. What is sin?

A-14. Sin is any want of conformity unto, or transgression of, the law of God.(1)
1Jo 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

I agree with that!

Who among us can say that we haven't broken the law of God?

Righteousness only comes by Faith, SO could you at that Sin is just not having Faith in Christ ?

No. Romans 1:18 states that God is wrathful toward "all unrighteousness and wickedness...". The concept that "righteousness comes by faith" is that we receive the righteousness of Christ by faith in Him rather than by works.

Sin is "missing the mark" in the sense that a high-jumper misses the bar, except that in God's economy, the bar is infintely high and the jumper has no ability to even come close to making it. Thus sin is direct rebellion against the Law of God and therefore God's nature. We're all created in the image of God and yet we rebel against him.

Scripture then explains that the "The Law came in so that the transgression would increase", that is, God established the Law on stone as to make it ever more clear what His righteousness looked like and to show clearly how far all mankind falls from that.

As our Faith needs to be coupled with Works other wise our Faith is Dead.

No. Any mix of faith with works nullifies faith. The idea is not that "our faith needs to be coupled with our works", but rather, the faith that comes from God as a gift of His grace will produce good works as a supernatural result. Like an apple tree produces fruit, the good trees planted by God produce good fruit. The fruit is not the tree, but the fruit comes from it.

Good works then are a product of true faith, not the essence thereof.

As our Faith needs to be coupled with Works other wise our Faith is Dead.

Christ commands us to love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength, and to love our neighbor as ourself. Any work done in this spirit is righteous (conforms to this commandment). Anything not done of this spirit is not righteous (does not conform to this commandment).

Since the Bible tells us that we cannot uphold this commandment without Christ, we can extrapolate that the very existance of fallen man is sinful. He sins in everything he does because he does it not out of a loving fear of the Lord, but out of personal or environmental convictions. Outward conformity to the law is not enough. The Pharisees were righteous in their outward adherence to the law, but Jesus called them whitewashed tombs because they were not motivated by a love for God, they were motivated by selfish desires.

We are righteous only through Christ. It is by his sacrifice and through our union with him that God blots out our transgressions and views us as righteous. And, of course, it is only through Christ that we can do anything righteous. Without Christ, we cannot conform to the commandment to love God.
