The July/August 2005 issue of BAR has an article on the progress on recovering relics from the illegal Temple Mount dumps, (see page 14-15).

As the funding has been depleted a call went out for more volunteers to work in the recovery process, but the latest information concerning this valiant effort is....
I feel that this is an important and news worthy item that those interested in biblical archaeology would want to follow.
