Sickness or an Attack???

Hi, can you please pray for my family. Recently, my son ended up in the hospital and was released the next day because they couldn't find anything wrong with him. He had a high fever, but no explainable cause. The same day we brought him home my wife got sick. She has been sick for a week now. My son's fever seems to break then come back. Now, another one of my sons has a fever. Doctor's are clueless. I am suspecting this may be spiritual. Can you please pray for insight into the cause of this, for healing in my family, and to protect my other children?

Father, glory and power toi Your name, Oh Precious Lord. Father, that you will be with Jashar and his family today. Guide them into Your light. Your good light of love. Father, that You may poor out a blessing upon his family, and pour out Your great power of healing upon them. Whatever the cause may be, may it scatter and run away in fear and awe of You. Just some things to think about:

The way your describing the onset of these illnesses it sounds environmental to me, it might be something in your home making your family ill. Have you had your home tested for gas leaks? Call your gas & electric company to come out to test for this. They should do it for free.

Is a carbon monoxide detector installed in your home? They're about the same size as smoke detector and are usually installed along side them on the ceiling. Carbon monoxide can escape from a chimney, a vent that has been sealed preventing venting of the gas, a faulty oven, or other combustion appliances. Call a licensed mold inspector to test for this. He'll use an instrument called a manometer to measure the air. Or below is a website where you can order a tester kit if you would like to do it yourself:

Another possibility is mold. Some molds will cause the sporadic symptoms you're describing and are dangerous enough to kill. You can contact a licensed mold inspector to come out if you suspect this. All homes have mold but he'll be able to identify a dangerous one if it's there and then be able to get rid of it for you. You can find mold inspectors in the Yellow Pages. Realtors are another source as they may keep their names on hand for their clients.

you saqy that you 'suspect this may be spiritual'! Could you explain why?

This may be a new flu strain that's about. My family recently had something with flu type symptoms but it seemed to affect the muscles more than the normal flu. Could just be a virus of some sort, they usually last a week or two and can hit some harder than others. Some folk have a stronger resistance to such things so it shows less.

God is in control though you can be sure of that. Blessings to you and your family.

Dear Jesus, I ask for your control over this whole family. Please protect them of the unknown causes of their sickness. Though the doctors are unsure of what is happening with these two boys, we know that you are almighty and powerful over all, you can make it all better Lord. I also pray for the health of jashar's wife, who's been sick for a week. Please work in this whole family, specially in jashar himself who comes to you in prayer, concerned for his family.
