Yeshua is both a man and a lamb? Does Judaism accept sacrifacing a man ?
Yeshua (Jesus) is both God and Man, and was symbolized by the term "Lamb". Regular Judaism rejected Jesus. Only Messianic Jews and Christians understand that Jesus is Savior of those who believe in Him.

John 1:29 (ESV): "The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, 'Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!'"

Sancriface of human's blood is not reasonable in Judaism. Yeshua is equel to the Lamb is not simply symbol, in English it is very difficult to understand "Yeshua the Lamb".

Correct. I made a devotional on the Blood of Jesus. However, this thread is about @HARK! 's new sheep and his farm, not so much about the blood of Christ. Yes, Christ's blood forgives us for eternity as long as we believe in Him and His saving power, as stated by John and Hebrews.

Hebrews 9:12-14 (NIV): "He did not enter by means of the blood of goats and calves; but he entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own blood, thus obtaining eternal redemption. The blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkled on those who are ceremonially unclean sanctify them so that they are outwardly clean. How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God!"

Do you have any updates on your farm, @HARK! ? When will the harvesting period begin, as autumn is quickly approaching?
I've done some preliminary harvest of my sorghum crop. I pressed the stalks with my sorghum press: Sorghum Press Build

I boiled down the extract until it reached a temperature of 227 degrees F. Making syrup shares similarities to making candy. I even got a little sorghum caramel on the edges of the pot.

This year the syrup is delicious! I bought Red Top this spring. Last year I bought Milo. The Milo has bigger seeds; but the syrup had a bitter aftertaste.

I've been gathering firewood for the winter; and as much as I hate to do it; I've been cutting down mesquite trees around my tank (pond) so that I can dig it out wider and deeper. (Mesquite beans are sweet, high in protein, and can be ground into flour.) It sometimes goes almost dry, in dry summers; so I want to ensure that it won't go dry before I start my fish farm. I'll start digging it out soon after I completely harvest the sorghum; and I'll spread the soil out over that field. Once I get the footprint of the tank finalized; I'll build a greenhouse nearby, and use solar power to run the pumps for hydroponics. Always something going on.
