I've made the ShoutBox a ChatBox - you can now chat in real-time. Use the icons next to the input box to choose smilies, use vBCode, and refresh the screen.
The Chat Box itself will automatically refresh every 60 seconds, or just refresh the screen with the refresh icon. You can even close the chatbox if you don't want to use it by clicking on the close icon.
