This sounds like this might benefit Blue state, like CA. We can use the extra money for children in CA, or other caused in CA. We don't have to fund Red States anymore. Their choice. They can live like third world countries. Adults in Red States can mess up their kids future. That's their problem. It seems like a win for Blue states.

I’ve seen those electromagnetic devices in the UK. Massive great tall things.

No one (i.e. me) seems to know anything about them. They are almost always connected to electrical junction boxes that our electrical service uses. No one else seems to know that I know about them.
