Can anyone tell me which part of the Bible Darlene Zschech's song "Shout to the Lord" is based on. I thought it was psalms, but now I'm not too sure.

Shout to the Lord all the earth...power and majesty praise...mountains bow down and the seas will roar etc etc.

I'm trying to avoid copyright infringement here.

Thanks

Dave :)

Shout To the Lord
My Jesus,My Savior
LORD there is none like you
All of my days,i want t praise
the wonders of your migh-ty love

My Comfort,My Shelter
Towers of refuge and strenght
Let every breath,All that I am
Never seems to worship you

Shout to the Lord,All the earth let us sing
Power and Majesty praise to the king
Mountains bow down and the seas will roar
At the sound of our name
I sing for joy at works of your hands
For ever I'll Love you For Ever I'll stand
Nothing compares to the promise I have in you
(repeat from verse)

The song is not taken from any one scripture or passage but is a culmination of a series of passages with the presiding theme of worshipping God.
Thanks, that's a great help. I know where to start looking now. Cheers.
To settle the arguments, the lyrics re as follows:

My Jesus, my saviour,
Lord there is none like You,
All of my days, I want to praise,
The wonders of Your mighty love,
My comfort, my shelter,
Tower of refuge and strength,
Let every breath, all that I am,
Never cease to worship You.

Shout to the Lord all the earth, let us sing,
Power and majesty, praise to the King,
Mountains bow down
And the seas will roar,
At the sound of Your name,
I sing for joy at the work of Your hands
Forever I'll love You,
Forever I'll stand,
Nothing compares to the promise
I have in You.
