CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Sara: You've been such an encouragement to me and your love for the Lord is just amazing to witness. Thanks for reminding me what a sister in Christ is all about and thanks for all you've done.
Keri: Everyone talks about how incredible you are, and that's because it's absolutely true. Your creativity is outmatched only by your sincere love for people and for serving God. I hope you allow Him to take those gifts and expand upon them because you have so many amazing things left to do.
Sean: I'm literally thrilled at how far you've come over the last year or so. The amount of work that God has done in your life is a true testament not only to His goodness but also to your strength of character and your perseverance. I sense that some great things are headed your way if you stay the course, which I think you will. Keep it up.
Amber: After meeting you in person I'm so glad I got to experience your humor and insights first-hand. You have the unique gift of being able to make me laugh and think both in the same sentence.

I'm pretty new here, and I don't actually know anybody too well, but reading all your posts and funny antics absolutely makes my day.
I don't have any Christian friends, so I'm so grateful for this awesome group of people. If I'm having a bad day or feeling a little lost, I just have to visit here and read all your posts, and it gives me strength and a big smile.
