CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

You are soooo lucky I am who I am and you are just an electronic mess. Cause I really want to hit you for ruining my Friday and quite possibly my whole next week.

Great job creating a place to have some fun and enjoy the nice weather. The kids and I had a blast with you and we plan to go back and enjoy some snow cones next time

Also to the ash cloud that seems to be intent on shutting down airspace in certain areas, namely areas I have to fly from: please move along, I would quite like to fly this week.
To various people: You're awesome. I'm sorry we retaliated to your prank by cling-filming your bikes and moving your iron next door. I have no idea why it was hilariously funny, but it was. I'm also sorry for the candle we've hidden in your ice-cream tub, we hope you find it as funny as gluing all my food upside down in the cupboard, tin foiling all of Bee's items in her room and changing Tash's lock so she couldn't get at her lactose/gluten/allergen free food. I'm sure you'll find comfort in the fact we left a note telling you where the iron was.
To 6 particular people: I'm living with you next year. I apologise for the glitter, ABBA, Disney and bible verses that are going to be littering the house. I also apologise for my impending confusion over celebrating christmas and birthdays. You'll have a lot to teach me x]
