In my opinion, anyone who willfully refuses to fulfill the duties of their job description should be terminated from that position.

Which duty did he willfully refuse to fulfill? I mean I agree he shouldn't be carrying a gun due to the law I'm just trying to figure out what I missed that you caught.

While he may have not have refused to do a job, he is obviously mentally unfit to wield a gun.

I was referring to general situations, at least in public settings. This guy seemed unfit to be wielding a weapon under any circumstance.
