Absolutely not.
So far I'm winning the 'Shortest Answer Award'

"But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so-called brother if he is an immoral person, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler—not even to eat with such a one." 1 Cor 5:11
If you're not allowed to even eat with them, you can't do anything with them. People who do so either don't know the scripture or they don't care.

Well, it is up to you. If I were you I would pray about it.
The Mathew Shepard foundation has some good principals as they are against hate of people due to their sexuality. Hatred of Gays is not Christian. Of course, you did raise concerns of that organisation raising money for other things you do not support. You could more research on this.

The event may not even mean you have to wear a pride teeshirt. Even if you choose to go or not to go, I would not judge you for it.

You should not sing. And, no, you are not over-reacting.

It costs to be a disciple of Jesus. He warned that those who would follow him would suffer persecution just as he did. But Scripture tells us it is an honor to suffer for his sake, to share in his suffering as we live for him. Will you hide your light for fear of being misunderstood and perhaps despised? Or will you have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness and shine brightly for your Saviour?

Inasmuch as Scripture flatly and repeatedly condemns homosexuality, you ought to have nothing to do with it - certainly nothing that gives the impression you are in favour of homosexuality.

Psalms 50:21
21 "These things you have done and I kept silence; You thought that I was just like you...

Ephesians 5:5-12
5 For this you know with certainty, that no immoral or impure person or covetous man, who is an idolater, has an inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.
6 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience.
7 Therefore do not be partakers with them;
8 for you were formerly darkness, but now you are Light in the Lord; walk as children of Light
9 (for the fruit of the Light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth),
10 trying to learn what is pleasing to the Lord.
11 Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them;
12 for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret.

2 Corinthians 4:2-3
2 but we have renounced the things hidden because of shame, not walking in craftiness or adulterating the word of God, but by the manifestation of truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
3 And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,

I've included this last passage because it reminds us of what the stakes are when we "veil the Gospel," when we hide our light under a basket. It does the homosexual no favours to behave toward him as though his sin will not eternally damn him. It was a terrible tragedy that Matthew Shepard was murdered; but it is a far, far greater tragedy that as an unrepentant sinner his sin has eternally separated him from God, and cast him into the endless torment of hell. Is it more important, then, that you avoid the censure of the lost around you because of your faith, or that you shine as a beacon of God's truth and light in a dark and dying and world? I'm sure you know what your answer should be.

Notice the words "so called brother." That would mean a religious hypocrite. We are not told to shun eating with non believers in general.
