Christians bodies are a temple for God, man made temples mean nothing to God.
Jesus fulfilled all things, He is the perfect sacrifice, the LAST sacrificial lamb.
For Christians to support the building of a temple would be a sin, it would be acknowledging Christ was not the perfect sacrifice.

I personally was greatly encouraged by the response that I received to this question when I posed it on the Christian Heritage Party of Canada discussion forum.
Also a spiritual priesthood.The third temple is built by the Zeal of the Lord. Not with brick but with bodies, hearts and minds.
The "3rd temple" is gathering of the elect and the uncountable multitude of conquerors. Spiritual Israel. The Bride of Christ.
I don't think Christians should care that much. If Orthodox Jews don't acknowledge Jesus, what difference will a temple make? I think we should keep preaching the gospel and not worry about what the world does.

Oh finally, oh how good and sweet it is to find someone that understands the Gospel!
You Woodpecker are a rare jewel, believe it or not, and it is obvious to me that the LORD has been teaching you, and preparing you for His new work.

I agree with all of the above responses.Agreeing to agree if posit Christian's bodies are the sanctuary of God,"
That was well put forth, and agree except everywhere one sees naos, one should render Sanctuary. The body does not contain the 4 courtyards, altar, building structures (ieron) except for the structure in the center, "Most Holy Place and the Holy Place."

I agree with all of the above responses.
Hi Old Jack. Glad you mentioned the "Sanctuary".
FWIW, only the Sanctuary, and not the Temple, is mentioned in Revelation.

Camp, Temple and Sanctuary in NT/NC
Greek Lexicon :: G3485 (KJV)
Strong's Number G3485 matches the Greek ναός (naos), which occurs 46 times in 40 verses in the Greek

for the Lord God, the Almighty, is its Sanctuary/naoV <3485> and the Lamb,

Head's up, anytime things go too smoothly with all theand just bring up the concept of the "Sanctuary" (eg, IIThess.2:4) then the rocky road begins the controversies with many speed bumps in agape of course.

btw only have to find "1" place naos (Sanctuary) includes the 4 courtyards, golden altar, structures other than the central structure then I'll recant with apologies.
Doesn't the article by Eporu Ronald Alfred seem to fit with the fulfillment of Jeremiah 33:16 - 26:
"In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely: and this is the name wherewith she shall be called, The LORD our righteousness.
For thus saith the LORD; David shall never want a man to sit upon the throne of the house of Israel;
Neither shall the priests the Levites want a man before me to offer burnt offerings, and to kindle meat offerings, and to do sacrifice continually.
And the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah, saying,
Thus saith the LORD; If ye can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, and that there should not be day and night in their season;
Then may also my covenant be broken with David my servant, that he should not have a son to reign upon his throne; and with the Levites the priests, my ministers.
As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, neither the sand of the sea measured: so will I multiply the seed of David my servant, and the Levites that minister unto me.
Moreover the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying,
Considerest thou not what this people have spoken, saying, The two families which the LORD hath chosen, he hath even cast them off? thus they have despised my people, that they should be no more a nation before them.Thus saith the LORD; If my covenant be not with day and night, and if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;
Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my servant, so that I will not take any of his seed to be rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them."
This hasn't happened in the past so surely this must be fulfilled during the Millennium or as the Jews would term it .. The Era of Moshiach - Messiah?
If you read the Ezekiel account you will see the temple described there is far bigger than what the current Temple Mount. So it won't be built any time soon.
I guess one way is to support their freedom of speech and freedom of opinion?!How do you support everyone when you have two or more opposing sides?
