(a) The Chrome add on extensions,
(b) Optimizable artistic looking start page feature,
(c) Add personalized bookmarks.​

You will lose extensions and the "artistic start page". I was recommending it simply because of the security features. It runs every page you visit on their cloud servers, and then provides a mirror of the served page to your browser window, effectively eliminating the threat of 0 day vulnerabilities.

It is not, however, a full featured browser like Chrome or Vivaldi (which I recommend if you like Chrome)
