Shivering when praying

So,last night I was praying about a mate because several days ago I was praying about it,and I heard a voice say, "im ready", I was praying about patience to wait. So,I kept praying after that over and over again asking God if he was really ready,because I was confused wether it was Gods voice or my own dialogue. And I didnt hear anything. Im still trying to learn to hear Gods voice. Ive really got to quiet my mind. Anyways,back to last night I was praying about it again and I felt the Holy Spirit like a shivering sensation that lasted about 20 minutes. But I didnt feel like a yes or no answer,like a understanding. What is God trying to tell me? Should I keep praying or is he revealing to me that it is time? And as im typing this,im feeling it again. Thanks.

Based on the way that Messiah Yeshua - Jesus got my wife and I together back in 2000 I would say that yes..... you have just been told that it is time.

But.... beware of impostors....... because often just before we meet the right person..... we meet an impressive wrong one.... so don't stop praying and listening.

You asked....if this was me... is there doubt in anything your asking about? Well God will never use doubt.. nor fear... nor confusion. Oh my brother.. to wait on the lord you WILL renew your strength. And His voice? Didnt not Jesus say..my sheep = YOU..shall KNOW my voice. Did you see that..get that? Not wonder not guess.. but my sheep shall KNOW My voice.

When its Him.. you know that you know. Oh.. I WISH as we ALL do we could tell you how to make this happen EVERY TIME! But haha...thats not how HE works. What are the fruits of the spirit? Thats how your Father moves... Like...in so many things... you just get this peace.. you may be out with others and they are going somewhere and you get this sick feeling. Like I loved to LA Calf with a pastor and his wife. I got this job.. now in side was beautiful.. same with the outside. My job was to move.. movie reels from one projector to the other. I was a porn place. I was in my 20's.. and like I said.. you would have NEVER known it. But.. one day I told the pastor I have to quit. I NEVER saw it as wrong. But.. I told him.. I dont know why but every time I go in there.. I feel sick.. right when I leave it goes away..

JESUS IS LORD! When your lost.. He is not.. I had no clue I should not work there. But He is my lord...and He leads and guides us. This is just one thing.. many many more. Stay in that word.. and prayer.. oh PRAYER! NEVER EVER can you do to much.. should ALWAYS be in prayer.. Give every thought every breath to Him.. let HIS joy be your strength.. keep your mind on Him and He will keep you in perfect peace

It doesn't take a quiet mind to hear God's voice; it only requires the opening of your Bible and the reading of it to do so. God is ready and willing to speak to you from every page of your Bible - if you want to listen. And when you're hearing from Him in the pages of your Bible, you don't have to worry that you're hearing the wrong thing, or a demonic counterfeit, or your own inner voice.

When God wanted to make His will known, the Bible records that He did so in very obvious, unmistakable fashion. "God is not the Author of confusion," Paul the apostle wrote. If you are confused about what God is saying, God isn't speaking. Again, this confusion disappears when you simply read God's word and do what it says to do.

Anyways,back to last night I was praying about it again and I felt the Holy Spirit like a shivering sensation that lasted about 20 minutes.

And how, exactly, do you know that your shivers were a manifestation of the Holy Spirit? Are you aware that it is a kind of blasphemy to attribute to the Holy Spirit things with which he has nothing to do? You'd better be real sure it was the Spirit before you claim it was.

But I didnt feel like a yes or no answer,like a understanding. What is God trying to tell me?

Evidently, nothing at all. At least, not through what you've described. Such things are not characteristic of the way God makes His will known.

Should I keep praying or is he revealing to me that it is time? And as im typing this,im feeling it again.

I don't know who has encouraged you to this sort of mysticism, but it is a very dangerous road you're traveling. It will lead you straight into pseudo-spiritual sensuality and ultimately the demonic. Beware! Find out what God has said to you in His word and do it.

Well I'm holy spirit filled and there have been many times in prayer I've felt
the holy spirit so strongly I've trembled in his spirit.
