CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Thanks I didnt really want that getting around cuz its a unique name and i didnt wanna get stalked because someone could figure out who i am...but oh well Wisdom seeker already knew my name anyways.....and yes, we are supposed to shine like stars.
One of my fave songs is In The Light by DC talk, "I want to be in the light as you are in the light; I want to shine like the stars in the heavens, Lord be my light and be my salvation. All I want is to be in the light."

NO WAY....I'm winning the "you know what" game...that is, unless my husband starts yelling at me to come to bed....it usually goes something like this...
"BABE, YOU'VE GOT TO WORK IN THE MORNING....ARE YOU CRAZY???"
Then I tell him..."I KNOW, I"LL BE RIGHT THERE"
Of course, I usually don't go for a while...that's what one gets when they marry an insomniac....
Just realized this is probably TMI, but, oh well.....
