The coloured bands are scattered sunlight as the Sun was near the field of view of the camera.

The image makes us look insignificant against the scale of the universe.

That was a good launch, @rockytopva . No crashes, no leakage. Just, a nice takeoff and good landing footage of the clouds at 8.5 km altitude for stage 1.
