Psalm 51:10-12 (KJV)
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.

I have had this song going through my head all morning.

Psalm 66:1-4,

'Shout with joy to God, all the earth! Sing to the glory of his name, offer him glory and praise! Say to God, "How awesome are your deeds! So great is your power that your enemies cringe before you. All the earth bows down to you, they sing praise to you, they sing praise to your name." '

Psalm 100

Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
Worship the Lord with gladness
come before him with joyful songs.
Know that the Lord is God,
it is he who made us, and we are his ;
We are his people; the sheep of his pasture.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise
give thanks to him and praise his name.
For the Lord is good and his love endure for ever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.

I love Psalm 121 because it speaks of G-d's protection and watching over His people. I read it when I need that extra reassurance. Psalm 146 was my son's favourite Psalm - he died 11 years ago from cancer and just before he fell asleep, we read him this wonderful psalm. It reminds us all that we have an end in this existence but if our trust in the LORD is sure, then one day, at the last trump the dead in Christ will be raised up to that time of glory - amen to that!:clap:

Teach me Your ways, O Lord, that I may live according to Your truth! Grant me purity of heart, that I may honor You. With all my heart I will praise You, O Lord my God. I will give glory to Your name forever, for Your love for me is very great. You have rescued me from the depths of death! Psalm 86:11-13
