Psalm 8:3-8-NLT . . .
When I look at the night sky and see the work of Your fingers . . .
what are mortals that You should think of us? . . .
You put us in charge of everything You made.


GOD made us in His image or likeness, the First Sign of the Value
HE places on us. No other creature on earth is made in the image
of GOD. The Second Sign of the Value GOD places on us is that
HE placed people over All Creatures on Earth.

I really am hearing this personally today...the Lord Himself is the vine...no one else...no other "apparent" comforts or diversions...there simply is not other fountain...no other well of salvation to be found except in Him...but Praise God...HE "IS"...

Help us our God to fix our eyes upon You and give us the grace to love You with our whole hearts...Amen.
