CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Government Leaders, Businesses, Families, even Churches get
trapped into thinking Money is the Answer to every Problem.
Just look at the problems we are having now because of Greed!
We throw Money at our Problems, thinking it will solve everything
but in the long run, it only worsen's our problems.
Scripture Recognizes that Money is Necessary for Survival,
but it warns against the Love of Money (Matthew 6:24; 1
Timothy 6:10; Hebrews 13:5).
Money is Dangerous because it deceives us into thinking that
Wealth is the easiest way to get everything we want.
The Love of Money is Sinful because we Trust Money,
Rather Than GOD, to Solve our Problems!!!
Those who Pursue its Empty Promises will one day Discover
that they have Nothing because they are Spiritually Bankrupt.

For me money does not mean having many things. I work hard not just for comfort but not for discomfort. I am a cook at an assisted living facility and love my job. Unfortunatly, the pay is upper lower class. So I have another full time job so I can afford rent on a house to make my wife and son comfortable. This is probably as close as we will get to owning our own house but, that is fine with us. All our needs are met. Wanting more cannot be a bad thing or everyone would have nothing.
