Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me.

Yes, He is! No matter what is coming against you, how great or how many, no matter what thoughts of doubt are in your mind -

But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

This is what I will think on.

Job 7:11 . . . I cannot keep from speaking.
I must express my anguish.
I must complain in my bitterness.

Psalm 9:1-2 . . . I will Thank You, LORD, with all my Heart;
I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done.
I will be filled with Joy because of you. I will sing Praises
to Your Name, O Most High.

Psalm 62:8 . . . O my people, Trust in HIM at all times.
Pour out your heart to HIM, for GOD is our Refuge.

We should respond Honestly to GOD about our Feelings.

God is faithful;

by Him you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Deuteronomy 7:6 . . . You are a Holy people, who belong to the
LORD your GOD. Of all the people on earth [HE] has chosen you
to be HIS Own Special Treasure.

Whether an ancient Israelite or a modern-day Christian,
those who are called GOD’s People are Special-Holy,
Dedicated to the LORD, and chosen to be HIS Own.
This is a Special Privilege, but also a Special Responsibility.
It Must Affect the Way We Live.

1 Samuel 15:22 . . . Obedience is Far Better than Sacrifice.
Listening to HIM is Much Better than Offering the Fat of Rams.

A Sacrifice is Offering GOD a Gift.
Obedience is Offering GOD Ourselves.
This is one of the Clearest Indications
that we are Committed to GODLY Character.

Only fools despise Wisdom and Discipline.

Proverbs 1:29-32 . . .
They hated Knowledge and chose not to fear the LORD.
They rejected my advice and paid no attention when
I corrected them. That is why they must eat the bitter
fruit of living their own way.

Learn to fear the Lord. This is not the cowering kind of fear,
but a fear that shows utmost knowledge and respect of
who God is, why he created you, and what he wants you
to accomplish with your knowledge.

HIS people. HE has guaranteed HIS Covenant
with them forever.
What a Holy, Awe-Inspiring Name HE has!

Philippians 2:9-11 . . .
Because of this, GOD raised HIM up to the heights
of Heaven and gave HIM a Name that is Above
every other name, so that at the name of JESUS
every knee will bow, in Heaven and on Earth and
under the earth, and every tongue will confess
that JESUS CHRIST is LORD, to the Glory of GOD
the Father.

We should admire the Name of
GOD the Father and GOD the Son.

Revelation 4:11 . . .
“You are Worthy, O LORD our GOD, to receive Glory
and Honor and Power. For you Created Everything,
and it is for Your Pleasure that they Exist and were
Created.”

We should Admire GOD as the Creator.
