Faithfulness in our Walk

I needed to hear that today.

"Trust in the Lord and do good; Dwell in the land and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass."--Ps 37:3-5

Those who sow in tears shall reap with joyful shouting.

He who goes to and fro weeping, carrying his bag of seed, shall indeed come again with a shout of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.

"Jesus reigns over all."



Here is a beautiful verse I heard in a hymn of praise to our Lord. He reigns over heaven and earth and, if we allow Him, over our souls, filling us with "His peace."

The righteous perishes, and no man lays it to heart; and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.

He enters into peace; they rest in their beds, each one who walks in his uprightness

Isaiah 57:1,2

. . . And so it is that we, belonging to His flock, shall not fear, not even death. In death, we are taken from the evil to come and placed in His Kingdom of peace.​
