About a week ago, I asked God to give me a surprise, not a nasty surprise but a pleasant surprise. About a few seconds later I got a text message telling me that I have passed a job interview I had taken a few weeks ago. I had completely forgotten about it, and didn't know whether I would get to know the result or not. This all happened within seconds of each other. Later I found out that it was a pure coincidence that I got the text message, as the sender could have chose not to tell me.

Last year my husband cheated on me. Though it really pained me God used it for me to come to Him closer.. im a matured, happy, grateful and forgiving Christian now, ive passed the pain, hatred, bitterness and sorrow, now my family is happier and my husband loved me even more. Our love for each other blossomed into something greater, and God transformed him and drew him closer.

God protects us from dangers!

We had TV cable connection from our house for several years in back upstairs' room. The owners of the cable connection over loaded that plug point with too many connections. It led to overheating and shorting leading to sparks and fire from the electrical socket. It would have led to burning of our house if it had not been noticed.

My first son, who works in another place, will not be using the upstairs' room during week days. He was not well, so he stayed back working out assignments of his job with his lap top. He heard this sparking and saw fire. He immediately turned off the main switch. It was by God's care that He made my son slightly sick to stay back and work upstairs. If not, our home would have been burnt down. Glory to God for His ways of protecting us always!

I am currently going through a trial and dont have anything to share (yet!) but I wanted to chime in just to say that I love reading these testimonies. They shine a light on my bad days, making them positive and put a smile on my face. Really gives me even greater hope that God will get me through my current problem. When that happens (because I trust that he will get me through) I will share.

Reviving an old thread here.

My first two years as a believer, I was in two churches that were very spiritually damaging...false and even demonic theology, legalism, other things that did a number on me mentally. I had struggled to be and stay a Christian and when I left that church for the one I attend now, I was at the point where I was ready to walk away from God forever because of everything that had happened to me.

I hadn't been baptized yet and my new church was going to do it later that summer. On August 9, 2015 I was baptized. As I waited for my turn I was scared and begging God to give me another chance to know Him and then it was ny turn.

When the deacon pulled me out of the water, I was immediately hit with this rush of adrenaline that was so powerful I needed help to walk out of the tub. There was also this sensation of pure joy and light that welled up inside of me and then peace. In that moment, God healed me from all of the pain and anger that was weighing me down from what had happened in the other churches and I saw who He really was and understood the Gospel for the first time since becoming a Believer. That realization didn't hit me until several days later when I stopped crying. :)

miracle, testimony, healing! I suffer from terrible migraines the kind you gotta go to emergency room and get shot of demerol for until they came out with imitrex but ran out and when I do I usually am too sick to even leave house and hate sitting in waiting room for hours so alot of times I just suffer through them sometimes for even up to 4 days :( anyway have prayed before for God's mercy and healing in other areas (concerning menstrual issues when young) to take pain away but nope never don't know if it was lack of faith or His will but after that I gave up so never bothered again to pray for it :/ well couple of months back I recited prayer I saw online on YouTube by man and it worked-- it went away! but then after that suffered through many more didn't remember or didn't believe or feel like bothering? but last night pain was so bad I layed down my head on pillow and asked the Lord to please heal me take this migraine if it be Your will for me not to suffer and claimed Scripture Isaiah 53:5 kjv and immediately after I knew instantly He was healing me it was as if someone took gentle vacuum cleaner hose (I know silly lol but closest I can come to describing...) and it was slowly (but rapidly at same time- again weird, but really not! strangest, but good! ...supernatural! sensation is all I can say) just lifted right outta my head-- could actually feel it leaving/going away & never felt that ever b4 concerning headaches-- I knew right away the Lord had laid His Hand on me and gave me the healing I had just asked/prayed for-- all praise honor & glory to the Lord Jesus Christ and to God the Father, thankyou! It just feels so natural always, even when He answers other prayers and i feel like I'm never amazed enough-- that I should be more--but anyway, He is so good to me-- has been all through this journey-- His mercies are never ending with me-- I guess I felt like He answers for others and I know it to be true but not for me kinda thing (which is lie of devil btw) so that's why I started only praying for His will not mine and never anything really in particular (because of my discouragement in the unanswered ones) but last couple of months I have been "branching out" in prayer --not much, but few I have for/ concerning myself he has answered :) again-- thankyou Jesus!!!:heart::heart::heart:

I was once taken in spirit to heaven and I saw the Lord Jesus and God the Father with cherubim flying around his throne.

Jesus showed me a place prepared for me in heaven.

I also saw a river of life and also the Tree of Life and this led me to become very holy.

At this point in time I don't think I've had a actual miracle yet. But I believe it is in the making. I can just feel and sense that god is leading the way behind the scenes of my life. I can look back and realize he has always been there for me. I'm not sure where this road is leading, but I know who does ;) I can't wait to find out.. ☺️

My truck was broken into and my wallet was stolen. Fast forward a couple years I was not doing well financially and desperately needed my income tax return check. The problem is I had no ID to cash it. And at the time did not have a bank account. The day my income tax return check came in there was also another envelope. In that envelope was my ID card that was stolen a couple years prior. I was able to cash my check !!

At the end of August while riding my bicycle on the Salem, Va. Riverside Greenway, I woke up in the ER at Lewis Gale Hospital. I had suffered a concussion and had bleeding on the frontal lobe. I was told that I had missed a concrete buffer by 1 foot. The attending Neurosurgeon said if I had hid it, I wouldn't have made it. But while I was unconscious and apparently still on the bicycle, I had a flash as vivid as a wide screen TV of the buffer and the image was as real as a movie screen that flashed in my mind. I "knew" (even while unconscious) that I must not hit the buffer. My other 2 choices were to clear the bushes and fall into the Roanoke River (probably drowning) or go for the bushes. How can an unconscious person make a decision in a split second? But I did, and went into the bushes which saved my life. Actually, I believe it was my guardian angel that took care of me, and told me to go for the bushes. This is the 3rd time in my life that an accident befell me and through the provisions of "my angel" I have survived. Now I have a greater appreciation of the verse in Psalm 91 that says "...you will not strike your foot against a stone." I still do not know what happened to me or why I suddenly lost consciousness. Did I hit something? Did someone hit me with something? At 78 yrs of age, the doc told me that sometimes those of my age can have blackouts for no apparent reason. I had ridden upward on a steep hill, and maybe I over exerted myself, I don't know. I give thanks to God for my protection, and I will never forget that image as bright as a movie screen. My hope is to keep serving Him!

Miracles can be big and bold but more times than not are they small whispers often called a 'hunch' or 'gut-feeling'.

Being able to hear God's whispers in a noisy word is a wonderful thing in itself.

This is so true. Jesus was missed by the religious leaders because they were expecting something big and grand and regal.

So true. When I was 'searching' for God, I wanted God to prove Himself by some unbelievable, undeniable, measurable, factual miracle, not the wishy washy, emotional reasons I'd heard from other Christian testimonies. If I was going to believe in a god, he had to be undeniable. I didn't want a shaky, weak faith. All or nothing was my idea. I was literally expecting God to appear in lightning and thunder on my doorstep if He was real.

Instead, God kept sending small whispers and inklings, and what finally broke me, was an overwhelming emotional encounter in my car where I was sobbing like a baby.

It was only 2 years into my walk with God, where I witnessed God's undeniable miracles!

Hello To everyone!
I understand about having something that seems 'terrible' but turns your life around so much that it's a good thing.
I was diagnosed with small cell lymphoma on June 30th. It was one of the best things that could have happened to me. Of course I've been stuck in the hospital for way too long, but the conversion process I went thru was quite incredible.

I had an epileptic seizure on the freeway in 2009 and broke my back in two places. I don't get around as good as I used to. I was at home in my easy chair thinking about how I wished I could do more for God, but in my condition I really can't that much. So I prayed Lord please give me something to do so I can help. Something I could do from my easy chair, lol. 10 minutes later the phone rang. It was an old friend that I hadn't seen in a few years. Can I come by and ask you some questions about God and visit? Ok... He said he's be over in about 15 minutesWow, that was fast! Praise the Lord.

I went up to put on some coffee, but it wasn't left for a pot. I was broke and didn't have money to go get more. I briefly thought about praying about it, but remembered that the Lord said don't worry, He knows our needs. So I didn't pray about it. When my buddy showed up he hands me a bag of coffee. I didn't tell him I was out. He said he knows I like coffee and got the urge to bring me some. So I sat in my easy chair witnessing to him and we drank coffee. Not cheap coffee either, some good Hawaiian beans!

Some people may P'shaw that as coincidence, but I know that God delivered me coffee to my door, right when I was ready to make a fresh pot. And He gave me some witnessing to do like I asked. Praise the Lord.
