It's close to Sweetwater I believe. The valley was Sequatchie and it's in the Cumberland Plateau.

I think he means that he sets up his wardrobe so that he can just jump into an outfit easily. He tried to jump into his suit, missed, and instead fell into his Texas Mafia clothes. lol
