Ah, now I remember the Jersey cattle breed from animal sciences classes in college. The females in the breed always appeared ... for lack of a better term since we're not speaking of small domesticated animals here, cute.

What was it again, Reese? They are among the best breeds for dairy purposes? Or was that Holstein?

Their milk has the highest butterfat and protein content of any other breed. Those and Guernsey cattle.

She is the only Jersey in the entire herd though. The rest are Holstein Friesian.

As you can see, she sticks out like a sore thumb amongst the others...

I never thought I'd say it, but that is a cute cow LOL.
Trying to figure out a cow's breed reminds of me a story.

My best friend had family out from Calgary. It was winter and they were driving when they saw a herd of white cows. My best friend's father told the family that they were "Christmas cows", and turned white in the winter so that they could blend in. We all laughed, but no one corrected him. Weeks later when they were home they were talking to my best friend on the phone they mentioned something about the Christmas cows. Apparently they didn't get the joke and all thought he was serious.
