So yeah, I was up late and I decided to make my bed and thought 'What the heck, I might as well put my new sheets on.' So I did. 400TC sateen, in black. No I didn't buy them, my dad did (though sheets were on my christmas list). All my sheets are 400+ and i'm telling you, when you next buy sheets go for the higher thread count, it really does make a difference. Of course the best I have is only 500 (Egyptian cotton), so I can't tell you what those 1200 count sheets are like, but I bet they are nice.

I had 1000 count Egyptian cotton sheets. I thought they'd be heavenly. Really, they were too heavy. Like an extra blanket. I didn't like them. I stick with 400-600 now.So yeah, I was up late and I decided to make my bed and thought 'What the heck, I might as well put my new sheets on.' So I did. 400TC sateen, in black. Xavia! I LOVE old books and Bibles. So awesome. What years are they from?![]()
I can't remember if I shared this or not. Anyway, my teacher's Bible and Common Book of Prayer. They're both falling apart a little bit, but the Bible has some amazing maps in the back.

@ Curwhibble - Old Bibles are the best! I have an old worn out NKJV that I used for years (the spine is held together by tape). Even though I have newer Bibles, they just don't feel as comforting as a nice, old worn one.
Hah, that's awesome! Good to have around in case you need to double check on who's fair game at the next family reunion.Curwhibble said:The Book of Common Prayer I can't remember the publish date off-hand, possibly 1960ish ... maybe. I just love the table of kindred and affinity
