CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Drue eyed both of the two humans. He was still very uncertain of what to make of humans, in general. Some of them were cowardly, others were scoundrels, a few he already found a nuisance. The butcher hated the She'tar, so it was a good guess that humans in general probably were not allies of them. However, some would probably give them up rather than have to face up to the She'tar. These two, the girl with spirit and the not-thief, he was not sure what to make of them. What side would they be on?
Well, it was time to move. He could not afford to be in such a public place for so long. "We go," he stated, more of a command than a statement, then added more as a conversation, "We two go, we fight many fight. You come, you fight. Do you fight?"

"Don't worry my good friend, I fight, and I fight in my own special way. But I don't know if we want the girl coming with us," he moves a bit closer to Drue to make it so the girl won't hear him as well, "She will get in the way, always trying to her revenge... Maybe we let her come a bit, and than she should leave."

Vulfrahm Palidus was walking along the dusty road.
Man, thought Vulf, they told me that there would be a village somewhere around. Wish I could get some provisions.
Vulf shook his water skin sadly. Well, I'll just lie down here and die in that ditch there. After all, I haven't caught a thief in three days. Upon my word, this must be the most righteous place on the continent.
Vulf espied the company. Hallo, what's this? He approached the people standing there, apparently arguing among themselves.
"Hey there, good people! Got any water to spare a young, strong man like me so that I don't have to die in the prime o' me youth?" he said aloud as he got within hearing range.
"If I don't see a more miserable looking crowd of suspicious people, I'll be hanged, drawn and quartered." he whispered under his breath to himself.

Vulf reached the group before getting any answers. He hears one of them say: "Nope, but its a nice locket. Better hold onto it if your mom told you too. Now what do you need...?"
Vulf ignores the question and stares at the locket. "Hmm, interesting." he says softly, talking to himself more than anyone else. "Never expected to see it here."

"Whoa, not so fast, mate. I'm just here to find out where you guys are headed. After all, you may need protection or a butler or something like that, ya know? I don't really care where I'm going as long as I'm going somewhere. To tell ya the truth, I don't really know my way around here. So, I'll be real glad if you guys let me tag along."
Vulf turns to the girl and hisses as he motions towards the locket:
"I'll be glad to talk to you about that, privately."
