Sexual Addiction

Hi,

I'm currently a new member here in this forum, registered a while ago.

Do any of you have experienced sexual addiction (e.g. compulsive masturbation)?

Do any of you like saying, "What will I do,i.e. masturbation, is not of God." before masturbating assuming that there will be coming an intrusive thoughts, "It is of God."?

Do any of you touch, or anything sexually oriented, even though it is bad because you can't overcome it?

I'm so pity to myself that I have heard the gospel of the Lord Christ Jesus and knew the knowledge of truth, i.e. masturbation is bad, yet I still do. It is better not to knew it than knew it and still going on sinning.

Do you any of you feel the same?

yes sir I used to touch at least once a day sometimes more but I just asked god to remove it from me and just resist it at all cost I know it is easier said than done but god will provide a way of escape

thnx. do u suffer from ocd. i do suffer very instrusive thoughts lie the blasphemy againts the Holy Spirit of God . and then many blasphemous and many more!

I do but mine are unbelief and.doubt it started off as that but I seen a lot of poll read a lot of stuff so the enemy found something that would floor me and now I don't know how to get out of this place

me to has doubt. for example, i doubt that my mom is giving my bro a money,,, -_- or like my mom is putting some meds in my food or that they are discussing about me -_-

Doubt is what OCD is all about. Some call it the doubting disorder. Intrusive thoughts are a big part of it too. The two, doubt and intrusive thoughts, together can make it a pretty miserable and scary experience sometimes. But you are not alone. If you think you are going through something that others here couldn't possibly understand then you are probably wrong. I've learned in my time here that others are going and have been through exactly what I've been through, and I've also learned that God understands what I'm going through and through experience I learn to trust Him in the darkness

yeah I am just holding into christ and I stay reading the word no matter what is in my head I just try to tell myself rat god is real and he will bring my through it I am currently feeling no joy no feeling but I just keep praying that he will return my locator him ba I and I will praise him and be like I was before this
