Sex before/outside marriage. Bad. Sinful, grossness. You mean to tell God that your (bad) version of intimacy is right?
Lust: If kissing triggers it, don't do it. If holding hands triggers it, don't do it. If doing anything that's not sex before marriage and it triggers lust, don't do it.
Sex within marriage. That's what God created it for. Stay within your intimacy and enjoy. There's no need to go outside your intimacy.
