I have been struggling with self hatred, its a horrible feeling to hate yourself. I also cut my self and am struggling to not do that. I havent done it in about 2 months so im praying that i will continue to look to God for help! thanks so much!

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Lord, I bring my dear sister unto you..Lord you know her more than anyone else..and you have loved her even before she was born..We thank you that you are her God..Lord, we praise you because she is made in your image, and great is your love for her that you even knew her before she was concieved and all of her days are written in your book..you have a plan and purpose specially made for her.She is your treasured possesion..and you will never let her go ever..coz your loving embrace is always around her..You said that when she is broken hearted..you are close to her..Hold her Lord..and be with her..We thank you for she is fearfully and wonderfully made in your image..and she is loved very much by you and all her brothers and sisters in Christ...Let her know that you gave up everything so that you could gain her love...Lord, speak to her in your sweet voice..hold her close to your heart..and let her know that she is the apple of your eye...we come against the feeling of self-hatred in the name of Jesus..that feeling has got no hold over this precious daughter...we pray that you will continue to be with her at all times..and we pray a hedge of covering around her, so that the evil one can never pentrate in..We thank You lord, for all that youre gonna do in her life...Let her be a testimony of your healing grace and love..In jesus name we ask and pray, Amen..!

Dear Alone...I'll be praying for you. May you ALWAYS know how much your Father in heaven loves you, and that, no matter how much we all may doubt and hate ourselves at times, He NEVER stops caring! You've also found a fellowship here...may the support of those who have been through hardships themselves help you know that you're among friends in the Lord. Be good to yourself, dear...you are the precious daughter of the King! Blessings and a hug to you....

As I am now lifting you up to Him in prayer Psalm 139:11 comes to mind:
/If I say, "Surely the darkness will hide me
and the light become night around me,"
even the darkness will not be dark to you;
the night will shine like the day,
for darkness is as light to
you./ (NIV)

Psa 119:11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

What is jesus to me? hum he is some one who layed his life down for me and was in pain for my bad choices! he is someone so loves me no matter what.

Jesus is your strength too, he will always be there by your side, i know it's hard cos i struggle with the same kinda stuff! but, he wants to show you how special you are, how much you are worth, and how much you should love yourself. it's strange, i was just reading something on self-worth, here's the link:

Father please help Alone but surrounded feel better about herself and realise what a wonderful person she is, also Father I pray that she never hurts herself again.
