I am a single 46-year old guy who is interested in someone but I feel i don't have a good chance of getting a date because either she would not be open to it or has mutual interest. I would like to hear the stories or testimonies of fellow guys who sincerely thought they did not have a chance or much of a chance going out with a particular woman they were interested in but they asked anyway and the result (going out on one date, multiple dates, long term romance and even engagement/marriage) was the opposite of what they thought would happen. I feel any sort of testimony someone would not find sharing would give me a little encouragement or boost my confidence. Thanks in advance.
