Sorry to hear about your computer problems...I know I said I was working on the Avinu Shebashamayim. I cannot upload until I get another computer. It crashed and took my recording capabilities with it. When I am able to get one I will post the music on reverbnation.
Well as I understood his ministry was to the goyim anyway. First in Arabia then in greece and finally in rome. The torah was to be followed by the jewish believers and then Acts 15 by the goyim.
I also have been told the only reason to break the food laws was if you were in a gentiles house and offeredfood. Many chasidim practiced this excepting pork and shellfish. Others weren't kosher at all. I as an unequally yolked yisraelim cannot keep a kosher house as my wife is buddhist and my children goyim by birth. My son was not permitted bris. So I don't force them I am teaching them the path of righteous goyim while I myself try to follow torah I ma unable to practice talmud.
I've been in your shoes - most of the mainstream Christian churches made YHWH's mitzvot of none effect by substituting them their own laws!
You are better off with the Torah than the talmud anyway. Given the choice of YHWH's words or men's opinions, I would go with YHWH. Also remember, any goyim attached to Israel is bound by the same laws (Torah); not the Noachide laws and not the talmud.
I was raised a protestant, converted to Judaism, then converted to Catholicism. I came out of the Catholic church because of what Jesus said to the pharisees in Matthew 15, the catholics make unto themselves laws no man can follow. I want to be a person who follows Messiah, but can't find where I belong.
I know that I won't find a church I agree totally with, but am looking for the closest to the early Church as I can find. This leads me to the MJAA and UMJA. I want to find where Ha-shem has called me to be.
The major problems I am having is that I believe in the literal Communion as pointed to in John 5. All the churches that believe that way baptize infants, which is pointless. I believe every word of the three creeds (athanasius, nicene, and apostles) I believe that scripture is the word of the Father with out error. I believe that Yshua is the Word of the Father as prescribed in John 1.
Since I was a converted Chasid at one point, should I look to messianic Judaism as a Messianic goyim, or am I just going to find more unanswered questions. I really don't know where to go, who to turn to for advice.
Don't be afraid for my soul, I am saved, I read the scriptures daily, and pray much. I just can't find a community of believers where I belong. Pray for me
If you have trouble finding out where you belong - just decide for yourself that you belong at home.
For three weeks now I have been attending a messianic congregation in the neighboring city. I don't agree totaly with what is taught but messiah does seem to be the focus. They are not part of the MJAA or the UMJC. They practice the orthodox tradition and the service is liturgical which I love. They are not judaizers as they don't instruct goyim to convert. I may be able to canter for the Rav if I can learn the tunes they are accustomed to.

Going it alone is not an answer and was never God's intention. We are told in no uncertain terms that it is not good that man be alone. This, of course, refers to marriage, but I believe it also refers to the fact that people need people to help them on their journeys.
Find a place that you can be most comfortable in and be thankful for what God has provided for you. It may not be exactly what you would have created, but somewhere nearby you there is a vacant seat with your name on it. Just keep looking, you'll find it.
Ok, well ... wouldn't you have to marry a Jewish woman?...pretty tough
What. Do you mean segregate. I see a little of that in the congregation I am going to (maybe). He instructs gentiles not to convert. He then in some sentances seems to esteem the jewiish people higher than the gentiles, but usually squirms to correct himself. I think it is just how people groups are sticking to their own culture. You see this in workplaces. You work happily alongside everyone but when the day ends one typically stays crowded with their own people group.
I don't seperate because grafted in means now part of the original. Just my thoughts.
