My brother is the chairman of the a Washington D.C. chapter of the Washington Area Secular Humanists. He has called my Christian Faith a "superstition." He is now forming a SIG, "dedicated to the on-line discussion of science, philosophy and humanism. . . Don Wharton will be the facilitator of the new SIG." My brother is proud of his contempt for Christians, yet part of the WASH's definition of a secular humanist is "we value: reason, free inquiry, critical thinking, the scientific method, freedom, compassion, moral excellence, and a high regard for our fellow human beings." Huh, a high regard for our fellow human beings? My brother thinks that I am dumber than dirt because I do not believe in evolution.
