CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

My father in law is the only LSU fan in Chattanooga, I think.
Pretty big LSU fan, myself because my dad went there. I almost did, but realized it wasn't for me. Hoping for a repeat.
Clemson (there's a P in Clemson, announcers...please pronounce it right) is my second fav college team.

lol SC does have the second best baseball team in the state, but it isn't behind Clemson... It's behind The Citadel. I don't think they missed the regionals but once in the 90's.

Hey, I wouldn't be complaining. The only time I want USC to lose is when they play the Citadel or Clemson- and I am closer to 50%-50% in the USC/ Clemson game. And yes, I know that is sacrilegious seeing as how I am from SC.

I work in college sports media, so this is the best time of year. I'll be sideline or press box somewhere different every Saturday this year.
