CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

No. Their goals are different: a Buddhist wants to drop the illusion of this world to avoid pain, while a Christian wants to achieve salvation and live in heaven.
Their beliefs in deities are opposite. Buddhists don't believe in a deity, or, at least, not a true one. Christians, obviously, believe in an all-powerful one.
The list goes on and on.

Oh that's weird... Scientology is just knowing how to know. It's just there to help you improve your life. No Gods or worshiping. It sounds like it can work well with anything,

I asked if there was a God involved and they said no. It's just a self-improving religion. idk what they think of the universe, but I read their rules chart, and one of the rules(I guess it's like their type of Commandments list) says you have to help people who are in need. Like aiding the less fortunate. They do lots of charity work like the Red Cross and Sandy relief and all that.
As for their view of how humans came into existence, I'm not sure, but I'm still learning at the moment. I don't have all the answers for you =[

I will give you an example.
If we are having an argument about if the US has a right to exist or not. I start telling you all the good that the US has done and why it should exist, and you keep disagreeing and saying something like "i don't care, I don't like the US". That would be like Hell for me because I'm am not able to reason with you.
