  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

The news about the 'Dragon man' came just days after another ancient human species discovery.

A newly-discovered ancient human fossil known as the Harbin cranium could offer new insight into our evolution and it now sits in the Geoscience Museum in Hebei GEO University. It represents a never-before-seen human speciesnamed Homo longi or "Dragon Man" that may be our closest relatives yet.

Just days ago, researchers from Tel Aviv University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem identified a new lineage which they dubbed "Nesher Ramla Homo type."

"The Harbin fossil is one of the most complete human cranial fossils in the world," said in a statement author Qiang Ji, a professor of paleontology of Hebei GEO University. "This fossil preserved many morphological details that are critical for understanding the evolution of the Homo genus and the origin of Homo sapiens."

JS: my husband and I believe in macro evolution. We also have long suspected that the "daughters of men" in Genesis 6 were homo species close enough to ours that they could inter mate. This group fits perfectly that model. If that masculine image were replaced with a more famine version, likely that one might look beautiful to those early human men.
