Science Marches On

This is a little strip I found online about science and those who claim science is infallible. Science is grand and shouldn't be discarded, especially for superstition and pseudoscience, but it's not infallible. My science teacher at high school described science as "continually disproving itself". I don't know if that's true, but it dose highlight the fact that science shouldn't be accorded divine qualities.

The important thing to note is that Al Gore isn't a scientist. Far from it. Real scientists continually collect data and challenge assumptions and conclusions in attempts to advance knowledge.
