Sci-Fi "Do you want to be a Super Hero"

After watching the 3rd episode, I've decided that the whole show is so stupid that I regret watching it the first time.

SPOILERS

I was disappointed that Monkey Woman was kicked, mostly because she lied about her occupation. She's an actress. Iron Enforcer was obviously acting, too. Who else is an actor? And, how bloody dumb are these people to think that the time in the deli wasn't part of the show.

How bloody dumb of the show to have the blindfolded rescue? They didn't even have the smarts to lift the beam a couple inches so it would have a little bounce, like it really was suspended in air. They could have taken a stunt from Fear Factor to test the bravery of the superheroes.

The final test would have gotten me. I would have known I'm suppose to say "kick me off." But, I'd still have said "Fat Mama should go. Donut eating is a bad thing to glamorize." How exciting a challenge - not.

Well i think it would be a good characteristic of a super hero to have to make the hard decision of ...should they stay or should they go...

But from watching cartoons and reading comics for years, well for example the justice league. Sure the leaders are superman batman wonder woman etc... but they even include the heros that dont hardly even have a power or set out groups of heros that have mixed powers but can handle most situations. So then what amount of power or ability does make you a super hero?

Mabey stan lee will tell us!

Edit
Well i have ben thinking about it a little more and my thought is that it dosnt take super powers to be a super here. Look at bat man and question mark. they dont have super powers just men who have decided to change the world for the better due to circumstances that have hapened in there lives.

This is beginning to feel more and more like a scripted wrestling match and that's sad. It has a lot of potential to take real people and put them in situations they've never faced before (I didn't mind the trick with the beam because they supposedly "thought" it was real). But like with wrestling, I get the feeling they know who's gonna win right from the start.

i totally agree!!!! i was watching the episode with the dark enforcer ( iron enforcer ), where they made him a super villian. that whole segment with him walking around the alley, and looking suprised to see stan lee in the tv looked so rehearsed!
i truly belive that major victory will win. he has the superhero name, and look. although his catch phrase is a bit off. " be a winner, not a weiner"
oh well i think it is an ok tv show. not really anything to write home to mom about. i would like if they could make the tasks a bit more fear factorish!!!

i think feedback will win. i would really like to see fat mama win but mr lee want to sell comics. dont get me wrong i support her 110% she has a good message, but how many people do you think will really buy a comic about a junk food eating superhero who did not watch the show?? although her song is very clever. if she does win i think she will give the title to feedback because in the last episode she did say that she did not want to take something away from him that ment so much. i just fell in love with her, not her superhero. she is just such a good person. i bet she will end up being his sidekick!!!

I'd been rooting for Major Victory, Fat Momma and Feedback for the final three for a while now. I was also surprised to see him go. He scored better than Feedback did on a lot of things. I guess they didnt want a guy who was formerly an exotic dancer to actually end up winning, which was a shame because that wasn't his life at that point. I am thrilled Fat Momma is still in there. She really had the kids eating out of her hand ;) . Her superhero poster looked pretty cool. I used to joke about being "Big Momma" so to see Fat Momma having gone so far really warms my heart. And IF it wasn't scripted that she was willing to give it up for Feedback then she is truly a noble spirit and an honest one (remember that she picked someone to leave for their safety and I think it was Feedback). Feedback will probably win and I'm not upset by that but I still wanted to wretch every time he acted like he wanted to cry from joy or grief at whatever Stan was saying. I'm not sure if he's just a bad actor with a bad script, or if he was faking it for Stan's benefit, or if it was that he believed everything he was saying and just sounding ridiculous saying it (which is the most pathetic choice of all). I also thought his original costume was much cooler than what they gave him on the series.

I think the whole thing was scripted from the beginning. It was one big launch party, if you would, for Feedback. Dark Horse probably had a number of issues written before they came up with this "reality" show idea. What better way is there to drum up intreset for a new superhero comic? Let the people think that it was based on some huge comic book nerd's fantasy.

there's a new season of this isn't there or a repeat? I must enter! lol
There's a new season coming up. Although I've yet to see the Sci Fi original movie based on the story of the last winner as well as his own comic book.
