Agreed. Belgium has good chocolate. Wish the US sold Belgian frites and waffles.

If you are ever in Utah, there is a Bruges Belgian Bistro that does the Waffles and and frites (fries); the owner is an immigrant from Bruges.

I wish I knew the trick to Belgian fries. In Brussels they do fry the potatoes partially and then give them a second fry, but I do not know exactly how they judge this. Got to love the mayonnaise and subtle spice on some of the ketchups there too.
