  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

If you have to do it, I would definitely tell you to make sure you have some relaxation time. If you don't get in any relaxation you are doomed. And try your hardest to manage your stress well. I was hospitalized after my first year, because I worked and went to school full time, and I didn't know how to manage my stress. Good luck and God bless.

It is very hard! I've done it and hated it (not to scare you). It also depends on how hard your classes are and how good you are at time management. I'm not the greatest at that. Now I work part time and go to school full time and I like it much better.

Man, I could never do that. With the flight major our classes are only 1-3 credits, but requre at least 12 hours of study/homework a week. Add into that flying 6 hours a week, and the associated planning and de-briefing for that, and I already have a full time job! haha. Lousy school... our flight program is what puts the University on the map! We pay 3-4 times as much as any other student on campus, yet we're the ones stuck with the lousy double-wide trailer while the main campus builds a new SUB and Recreation center.
