  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

They have stuff at CVS pharmacy to help dimish scars. Have you tried any of the OTC remedies?

I used baby oil to avoid stretch marks and it works but I don't know if it would work on scars.

Sometimes scars will just go away on their own with time.

No I haven't tried any otc remedies. i wanted to know which ones have worked for others

Vitamin E, taken orally daily and applied topically as often as you're up to it. This has worked countless times to prevent or reduce scars both internal and external. Don't give up - it takes time, and you'll be a lot healthier contrary to the drugindustry's wishes.
Please get natural vitamin E from a nondrug source. You'll be extravagently more content (joyful) for many years, and get a lot of unexpected health benefits as well.

Shalom to all who love Truth.

In the UK you can get a product called Bio-Oil which a lot of pregnant women use for stretch marks, its supposed to be really good. I don't know if you can get it in the US tho.

:D
I have that and I'm in Australia!! I think it's good. I don't have stretch marks but it fades scars nicely and it also moisturises dry skin....my skin feels like a baby's after! Can't use too much onmy face otherwise I break out..it is oil after all....

 I'd agree with this suggestion. I'd also add on to try out 100% pure cocoa butter. You can get this at most health stores. It's great at smoothing out the skin and preventing/healing scars.
