I'm Word of Faith, but I attend a Baptist Church. (There are no Word of Faith churches in my area). The preacher is right on target on most of his messages. I also like watching Kent Hovind seminars. He's Baptist.

One thing I'll say about Baptists. I don't agree with some of their teachings, but they are a commited people. When Disney Land set aside a day honoring gay people (a day when gay couples would make out in front of little children) Baptists everywhere boycotted everything Disney. As a result, their stock prices dropped.

If I didn't have Pentecostal roots, I would probably be a Baptist.

I admire the passion show in some of the traditionally black churches. They don't just sit there and whisper about how they love Jesus. They shout it out. They dance. They raise their hands and scream of how they love Jesus.

It just seems so few churches I have been in had people who seemed to be excited to be saved in Christ. If what Christ did for us was so amazing, why does it seem like going to worship is a chore in so many churches?

I really admire the way they worship Christ.
