CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Is it just me??? whenever i see something about Ben Affleck,
I think of that AFLAC duck....
I used to have a 1-800 number you could dial to hear a duck quack..wish I had that to share....
I've heard a duck's quack doesn't echo...how can this be? All sound echos.
Last weekend I experimented with a ouija board. This weekend, I think I'll buy a duck and test this notion.
Where does one get a duck here?
What am i going to do with the duck when we're done?
I'm sure it'll be just as entertaining to everybody as the ouija board was...
I wonder if ducks are used for pathways by evil spirits as well?
Anyone ever encountered a possessed duck?

That telephone was at the World Trade Center. My friends and I called that number the day before the attacks, and laughed our heads off when we heard the duck quack.
