Hi i'd like to ask like all the denom's opinion on what it takes to be saved? e.g. speaking in tounges, adult baptism etc. General Denom' teaching and personal opinion. If you could keep like discussion low and kinda put it in like bullet points would be reallllly good. thanks you so much x

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

One is saved by grace alone through faith (emunah) manifested by good deeds (mitzvot). Both emunah and mitzvot are important to salvation but they are only attained by the Grace of Hashem.
Yeshuah stresses obedience to the 10 commandments and the need to receive the mikveh of the New Covenant (baptism) and to eat his flesh and drink his blood in the mystery of the Pesach Seder and Todah Sacrifice of the New Covenant. Also to love others as he has loved us.

Baptisim was the outward symbol of having deliberately and willfully turned away from an old path and taken up a new one - of having turned away from one way and going another!! It is NOT the washing away of ANYTHING! (in fact for a mikveh to be valid you MUST be scrupulosly clean BEFORE - physically and spritually {repentance/kavanah}) THAT was/is the Jewish understanding of Mikveh!!!
The getting wet is no more necessary to being saved than wearing a badge is necssary to being a sheriff - it is the decision and commitment behind it - what the baptisim represents - this is what the thief on the stake had..... and why he was saved without "getting wet!!!"
ALSO, when it says "there is only one baptisim" - it does NOT mean you can only be baptised once - it means only the baptisim done in obedience to HaShem is virtuous. You can do THAT baptism many times - indeed the observant Jewish person does.

Rom 10:9 that if you confess with your mouth Yeshua as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;
Rom 10:10 for with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.
