To be saved, I guess to enter into Heaven, all anyone needs is to put their faith in Christ. To believe that Jesus is who He said He is, would be believing Him. I heard that being saved is a guarantee into heaven, but not a guarantee in receiving His promises. For example, in the Old Testament, God says, 'If'... you shall ...... 'then' 'shall'..... This is conditional... Being under Grace, under Christ, has the same promise, 'pray and Ye shall.....' 'seek' and Ye shall..... 'ask' and Ye shall.....
Being saved, believing in Christ, without taking active participation to His 'suggestions' 'commands' 'directives' 'applications' etc..... does not exclude anyone from Heaven but doesn't fully allow His 'children' 'disciples' 'brothers' 'sisters' 'mothers' to receive much from Him. In both the O.T. and the N.T. the 'child of God' must actively be in participation in order to receive the 'temporal blessings.'
The fruit of the Holy Spirit enables the person ('child of God') to use those fruits to glorify the Father by however way the Father may be glorified.
